My website, blog, Instagram, Threads and printed materials are a part of my hobby and are shared as such. I am not a historian, tour guide or professional, so please do your own research on the places, people and things presented here as accessibility and information may change at any time.
Speaking of printed materials, any money I receive from RedBubble or Etsy is used to print free materials like the brochure and bookmarks that I leave at local libraries, welcome centers, etc. I often gift stickers and booklets to those who are attending events. While I do sell these items, I will gladly send you one for free. The main goal of my hobby is to connect more people with funerary art and tombstone tourism, and to try to support local organizations as well.
While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the website does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the information. Again, I love what I do but I’m still learning lots!
Please note that not every location featured here is accessible to the public and while I try to include information about availability please be aware that things change. If you see a NO TRESPASSING SIGN then please do not continue! Not responsible for any injuries that result from traveling to/fro and/or while exploring these sites. Be careful out there, ok?

Just like all things, cemeteries are 100% political and often indicate the societal ‘norms’ of the time including wealth, class, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, etc. I am interested in the general history within cemeteries of the Southern U.S. and understand some of the individuals presented are representational of slavery, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia and other abhorrent beliefs. My intentions is not to glorify these representations at all and I hope you view it as such. I continue to strive to be more inclusive of the stories/voices of less represented groups, and to be aware of my own privileges and self-work.
All photos, unless otherwise credited, were taken by me. I use an iPhone as well as a digital camera to capture my images and I do utilize filters in order to reduce busy backgrounds, brighten/sharpen wording, etc. None of my photos are AI generated.
You are welcome to use my photos as long as you link and credit me. I want to create connections with the taphophile community and beyond but I do appreciate acknowledgements.
